In addition to brand partnerships with companies like Netflix, Universal Music Group, Warner Music, Twitch, TikTok, McDonald’s, Cheesecake Factory, Hooters, and Diageo, Offbeat owns and operates 30+ social brands, collectively generating 1B+ views per month.

Objective

Support rapid growth across both brand partnerships and owned media properties by building scalable content systems, maintaining consistent brand voice across platforms, and driving sustained audience engagement at massive scale.

  • Planned, programmed, published, and managed editorial calendars in collaboration with creative and strategy teams

  • Maintained a unified brand voice across platforms while tailoring content to platform-specific behaviors

  • Built and implemented engagement benchmarks and industry best practices across all media channels

  • Translated informal social workflows into documented, repeatable processes

  • Created SOPs and business process designs using Monday.com to support cross-team execution

  • Trained and onboarded new team members to ensure consistency and speed at scale

  • Managed monthly reporting and optimization efforts using analytics tools to track KPIs and guide iteration
