
OneReef is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded on the insight that island communities are more effective environmental stewards when their traditional knowledge and practices are combined with the right scientific, financial, and technical partnerships and resources. It ensures that practical and cost-effective solutions emerge.
Examples of partnerships and resources include: developing and supporting community marine management plans, mentoring to build local capacity for effective coral reef management, establishing sustainable financing plans Training and infrastructure to protect reefs, and science-based monitoring to measure impact.

Manage an integrated marketing campaign
Increase target audience engagement rate by 1,096% and target audience reach by 2,525% in 3 months
Oversee development and implementation of marketing strategies for our social media presence (FB, IG, LI, YT). This includes creating content strategy, responding to and interacting with followers, and gaining visibility with target foundations and funding partners
Write email copy for monthly newsletters to funders
Search for, establish, and nurture relationships with other non-profit organizations, scientists, and NGOs within our niche through marketing strategies
Plan and execute digital campaigns (paid and organic) to build community online; effectively use SEO keywords and topic trends
Acquire information about our projects through collaboration with team in Palau, Micronesia
Write copy persuasively and effectively that is consistent with positioning to increase reach and engagement
Use tools like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, MailChimp, and Asana for project management among others
Edit and create graphic designs that align with our brand
