Bold Ideas, Real Impact. 〰️
My name is Kaitlyn Riedel.
I’ve spent the last decade shaping positioning, go-to-market strategy, and full-funnel campaigns across education, SaaS, agency, and highly-regulated environments.
Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, my bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.
A Little Context
-
I’m a marketing strategy and operations leader who likes clarity.
I build the plan, the system, and the execution so teams stop guessing and start compounding results. I’ve done that across education, SaaS, agency, and highly regulated environments. -
I help teams translate complexity into action.
That usually looks like go-to-market strategy, lifecycle programs, positioning, and campaigns that are measurable and repeatable. If the work sits between strategy and execution, I’m in my element. -
I’m structured, calm, and collaborative.
I ask tough questions, make decisions with imperfect information, and keep things moving without creating chaos. I’m the person people trust when the playbook doesn’t exist. -
Education is where my career started and where my instincts were formed.
I’ve taught, instructed, and built programs across classrooms, studios, and digital platforms, working directly with students, families, educators, and school leaders. From martial arts instruction to online ESL teaching to edtech SaaS, these experiences continue to shape how I think about adoption, trust, and long-term engagement.
Where I started…
This is where it started for me.
Teaching Taekwondo is also where I learned marketing in its most human form. I wasn’t just instructing students, I was building programs, growing enrollment, retaining families, and creating systems that kept people engaged year after year. Working directly with students, parents, early learning academies, school districts and administrators taught me how trust is earned, how messaging spreads through communities, and how consistency drives long-term adoption.
Those lessons became the foundation for how I approach growth, lifecycle strategy, and engagement today.
I continue to invest in learning the tools that help me do the work better.
